A station style meal, lots of sunshine, and a view of the ocean make for a very special day.
The driftwood centerpieces popped on the rich brown linens with bright green orchids placed all around. The room felt fresh and comforting all at the same time. Sharon Cole, of A Dream Wedding really outdid herself, even bringing in square tables, something never done in this space before! Eco Caters provided a tasty station style meal, topping off this reception in such a lovely way.
They couple stayed on trend by choosing to have a station style menu. They had a pasta bar, a carving station, and mashed potato bar! They were served in martini glasses with all the trimmings. Guest topped their potatoes with House Cured Bacon, Roasted Garlic, Chives, Crème Fraiche, Cheddar Cheese, Crabmeat Cream Sauce and a Red Wine Gravy. Guest really enjoyed all the options. They were also treated to a wonderful sunset, something the Power House in Del Mar is known for.
